As a Real Estate Broker, I understand my role and the importance of professionalism, education, customer service and compliance. Licensed since 2004, I've been fortunate to work with and for several peers under well known brands including Century 21, Coldwell Banker and some independent brokerages with several decades of experience.
My commitment is to continuously increase in learning, share my knowledge and experience with my clients and future real estate professionals. I possess a B.S. in Business Organizational Management from the University of La Verne, a Sustainability Certificate from UCLA and the NAR's "Green Designation." In addition, I’ve completed several Continued Education courses which allow me to help clients with current trends and the future of the real estate industry.

Candice also has many years of successfully landing state and governmental bid contracts.
